The Center for International Security and Strategy Research (CISSR) is a non-governmental think tank focused on political and economic issues within a global context. Since our inception, we have organized hundreds of international and domestic forums and seminars covering a board range of issues-- including diplomacy, national defense, economic development, environmental sustainability, social welfare, technological innovation, Taiwan-U.S. relations, and Cross-Strait dynamics. CISSR aims to provide both government and the public with incisive analysis of independent, primary sources, while offering forward-looking advice to help shape a more peaceful and prosperous world.
CISSR has gradually earned a widespread reputation in the Asia-Pacific region, becoming one of the most respected and influential think tanks in Taiwan. As we look ahead, we remain committed to neutrality, independent insights, open dialogue, and meaningful progress—for Taiwan and for the world.
